The Echo of Life
A father and son were walking in the mountains. Suddenly, the boy fell and screamed loudly. To his surprise, he heard his voice repeating somewhere in the mountain: “AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!” Curious, he shouted again: “Who are you?” He received an answer: “Who are you?” And then he screamed to the mountain: “I admire you!” The voice answered: “I admire you!” Angered at the response, he screamed: “Coward!” He received the reply: “Coward!”
He looked at his father and asked what was happening. The father smiled and said: “My son, pay attention and he shouted at the top of his voice: “You are a champion!” The voice echoed: “You are a champion!” The boy was surprised, but still did not understand. Then the father explained:
“People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.” It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life; Life will give you back everything you have given to it.”
(A beautiful traditional tale)

Thank you dearest Annie xxx
How true! you do share the parables very thoughtfully:)
Someone once told me: if you call your children by an honorific like ‘Aap” they will address you likewise,
if you call them “Tu” , dont be surprised if thats what you get back..
Thank you Shail & that’s a great example you have given.
Regards
Priya

lovely story to compliment Father’s day
A Dad is a person
who is loving and kind,
And often he knows
what you have on your mind.
He’s someone who listens,
suggests, and defends.
A dad can be one
of your very best friends!
He’s proud of your triumphs,
but when things go wrong,
A dad can be patient
and helpful and strong
In all that you do,
a dad’s love plays a part.
There’s always a place for him
deep in your heart.
Happy Father’s Day
Love

Thank you Pooja x
