Tony Robbins – create a new story

biography_tony

Today whilst browsing Youtube I stumbled on this fantastic talk by Tony Robbins – it’s so inspiring, it just makes you want to get up and get your life to where you want it to be.

This is what I enjoyed from it:

Progress equals happiness

The formula for Happiness equals that you meet or exceed your expectations

How do you close the gap of where you are to where you want to be

Who has been in a situation that life is not worth living? The reason for this is that your blueprint is not matching your current life.

When you feel you have no control then you suffer

Look at your blueprint in different areas of your life

Change the blueprint if you can’t change the conditions

If your suffering & life doesn’t match how you want it to be you can change your perception – change your blueprint, change your life

Growing & giving equals happiness

Changing your emotional pattern

Question your limiting beliefs

Face  your fear

You are more than the story you think you’re supposed to be

Sometimes Failing to get your goal gives you your destiny – the disappointment drives you to find something more important inside you

Life doesn’t happen to you it happens for you

Tony Robbins is one of the most inspiring people in the world.  He helps people on a daily basis by unleashing the potential in them.  He also runs a foundation ‘The Anthony Robbins Foundation‘ which is a non-profit organization created to empower individuals and organizations to make a significant difference in the quality of life for people often forgotten – youth, homeless and hungry, prisoners, elderly and disabled.
